Carlo Moretti Venezia Srl ships its merchandise by approved courier companies to Italy, Europe, and worldwide. In accordance with international laws on the import and export of goods, all merchandise is shipped along with an official invoice stating the total value of the purchased goods in Euro.  Carlo Moretti Venezia Srl  cannot be deemed liable for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Company. Orders are processed for delivery by  Carlo Moretti Venezia Srl  Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., while orders submitted Friday to Sunday will be handled on the following Monday. Upon confirmation of the availability of goods and verification of the bank transaction, orders for available goods are shipped on the same day or the following day after receiving the order. The amount of credit card transactions is immediately charged at the same time the order is processed, following a transaction check performed by the Bank. Carlo Moretti Venezia Srl reserves in every case the right to delay a shipment if an order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond the control of the Company. Please note that shipping delays may occur during special offers and clearance sales.


All shipping costs for all purchase orders are notified to the Customer at checkout.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday during business hours (except on holidays). The approved courier company will make 2 delivery attempts altogether. In case of failed delivery, the order will be deemed as unclaimed and left in storage at the nearest courier service point to the delivery address (usually within 5 km) for a maximum of 14 days.
All orders are automatically processed, therefore shipping and delivery times cannot be changed.

Failed delivery

If an order is not delivered to the specified address within the expected storage deadline, pursuant to commercial agreements, for any reasons due to a lack of cooperation by the Customer (e.g. wrong telephone number, wrong or missing address, or non-compliance with import regulations), the parcel might be sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense. Such expenses will be deducted from any refunds due to be paid.



The Customer may decide to return any product(s) bought on free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date.
• The Customer shall notify their need to return any item(s) by sending an email to They will then receive all the instructions they may need to return the item(s).
• The item shall always be returned intact and in the same conditions it was delivered. It shall neither show wear and tear marks, stains or any other kind of damage.
• The seal of warranty shall not be removed, tampered, broken or cut in any way, otherwise Carlo Moretti Venezia Srl will not accept the item returned. Similarly, all other wrapping and packaging components shall necessarily be intact.
• The item shall be wrapped and returned in the same package it was delivered in.

In case the item you return to us does not meet the above-mentioned requirements, the parcel will be rejected and sent back without any refund.


After processing and accepting the returned item(s), we always try to refund our customers as fast as possible. Refunds will be paid within 5-7 days after an item is delivered back to our warehouse; however, a couple more days might be required for repayment during certain periods of the year. Refunds will be made immediately after accepting the returned item(s).
The repayment terms vary depending on the payment method used when submitting the order.
The time required for the refund to be shown on your bank account depends on your bank.
